Geof Gradler is a senior advisor at the Watts Partners. As senior advisor, Geof directs major financial services projects for the firm. He is also founder of Capitol Ideas, LLC, a Washington, DC firm that specializes in financial services, heathcare, tax, and free market economic causes. At Capitol Ideas, LLC, Geof provides an array of political consulting and lobbying services. Geof served as a senior aide to Majority Whip Tom DeLay (R-TX), Senator Richard Shelby (R-AL), and former Senate Banking Chairman Phil Gramm (R-TX). Geof played a leadership role in some of the most important financial issues of the past decade. Geof was also previously Vice President and head of government affairs for the Charles Schwab Corporation. He also served as Director of Government Affairs for the National Stock Exchange. In these positions, Geof incorporated his government affairs background and his economic expertise. Geof holds a masters degree in economics from George Mason University and two bachelors degrees from Penn State University. |
